Access your admin control panel ex. http://www.mywebtv.tv/administrator.
Click on Components->Joomtv 6 -> Configuration and press Vod tab, set player width (height is automatically calculated) and player ratio on PLAYER SETTING.

Access your admin control panel ex. http://www.mywebtv.tv/administrator.
Click on Components->Joomtv and press Options button on the top right page.
Press On demand tab and put in Player width and Player height pixel values.
Joomtv set JW Player dimension on front-end video stream, only for on demand part.
